Refund Policy

By purchasing TABS I understand, and agree, that this purchase is final and there is NO refund for any part of this business and technology set-up purchase. I understand, and agree, to receive an email from Travology with unique credentials assigned to me to access TABS platform. If I do not receive an email I will check my spam folder, or bulk folder, prior to contacting Travology via email at support@travology.com or training@travology.com with all emailed returned by the following business day.

I understand, and agree, that this purchase requires a monthly maintenance and support fee that is also non-refundable. The monthly TABS maintenance and support fee can be canceled in writing by providing Travology accounting department 30 calendar day notice via email to accounting@travology.com or certified mail to Travology – 2201 long Prairie RD #107-#104 Flower Mound TX 75022

Introductory Travel Agent Training Courses

Refund Policy By purchasing the “Introductory Travel Agent Training” courses and modules I understand, and agree, that this purchase is final and there is NO refund for any part of this purchase. I understand, and agree, to receive an email from Travology with unique credentials assigned to me to access all related training courses that are included in this package. If I do not receive an email I will check my spam folder, or bulk, folder prior to contacting Travology.  I will receive an email within 24 hours (business day) with credentials and temporary password. After the first time I login I will change my password and I will not share the password, or any training course content, to any other party.  For help to access the training courses please email training@travology.com as assistance will be available the following business day.
